To clarify, in my.multiportal.io it does say the license is active (and not suspended/disabled etc). I also tried reissuing as well from the portal.

Description
On a fresh install of MultiPortal 1.2.0 there appears to be an issue activating a trial or validating a license key (I tried both CE licenses assigned to my forum email address).

When trying to activate the free trial, it shows:

Invalid response from API, please contact support.

I can confirm I can reach the multiportal license server:

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable)

1. Install MultiPortal from scratch
2. Open url in browser and attempt to create account
3. See error

Expected Behavior
Free trial activated

Actual Behavior
Error is displayed
