Feature Request - Allow Resellers to have a Catalogue

Hi,
A reseller should have their own catalogue with the ability to restrict which Templates / ISO’s are visible to their tenants. This will save both storage space and time, currently a reseller would have to upload an ISO to multiple tenant catalogues, this feature would allow a single upload.
Also as a Service provider when uploading an ISO it would be nice if we could select multiple tenants to have visibility, but not to make it fully public, and have this as an editable field so that the tenant selection can change over time.
