Importing a Vm with DRBD Storage

Environment

• MultiPortal Version: 1.2.1
• Proxmox VE Version: 9.2.5
• Deployment Type: [HA Cluster]
• Browser (if UI issue): Edge

Description
I am able to create a new VM fine but importing an existing Vm or even a Vm that was previously deleted from Multiportal gives me a yellow pop up on import screen: VM xxx has no storage configured and cannot be imported. VM is online and running in production.

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable)

1. Setting - Import - Select Client and VDC - Search for Vm - error on disk

Expected Behavior
Vm should be active for import… New Vm can be created fine, so i am confident that the storage policy is configured correctly

Actual Behavior
VM xxx has no storage configured and cannot be imported. VM is online and running in production.

Notes
It might be worth mentioning that my storage is using the DRBD type.
Also that this function used to work fine on previous versions, this is the first time i am trying it on the current version.

Thanks for posting @gavin.beukes - this might be a bug introduced with the storage policies (possibly). Did this work on 1.2.0?

@Stell - Thanks for your reply, I cannot really say, i know it did in version 1.1.x somewhere as it was when i imported most of my clients.

Hey @gavin.beukes sadly no, we don’t have a definitive answer yet. I’ve been working on re-tooling our test suites and labs to include DRBD storage types as we dont have that currently (which explains why you’re hitting this bug).
